Terms & Conditions:
We, I or us refers to Grace Marie Academy of Beauty Therapy.
You or your refers to the person completing the online training.
1 – Courses:
Upon course purchase you will be redirected to your chosen course, you will an unlimited time to complete this course including assignments required, but we advise you to complete courses as soon as possible, if you do require additional support throughout your course, please advise us as soon as possible.
Once you have chosen and paid for your course, you are not able to transfer onto another course.
All online courses are non-refundable.
Access to internet will be essential for the course, if you do have any problems accessing the course then contact the email address provided.
Training kits will come directly from our suppliers, these can take 3-5 working days, your details will be shared with our providers but please allow up to 10 working days to receive this. (I am not responsible for supplier delays but will help to deal with any order issues.)
All your details and information will be kept confidential and safe.
You must be 16+ to enrol onto any of our courses.
Please note, I have worked alone to build my website and courses, if you do come across any errors, please advise me asap on the email address provided, I will act in correcting these as soon as possible.
2 – Certificates:
Upon completion of your online training, you will be required to provide us with video assignments to review and provide feedback for, these will be marked within 3 to 5 working days and you will receive your feedback and results via email. This is compulsory and failure to do so will result in course failure and non-certification.
If you are unhappy with the outcome of your course results, you can raise a complaint within 7 days of course results, please provide reasoning behind your complaint. We will review this, and you will hear back from us within 14 working days with the outcome of your complaint. If you have not met accreditation standards a £50 charge will incur to re-test.
All certificates provided are accredited and you will be able to gain insurance once you have received this.
Certificates will be sent to you via email, please make sure that all of the information you provide is correct and exactly how you want it shown on your certificate.

3 – Payments:
You will be required to pay for your course prior to enrolment. We do not offer credit.
You will be informed if your payment has been declined and given the option to try again.
We do not offer course refunds.
4 – Online course support:
Before, during and after course completion, we will be available to contact via email or phone during working hours.
We will not provide support on medical conditions, if you require advise on these, please contact your healthcare provider or G.P.
5 - Liability:
We will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or your business.
All training provided is of high standards and it is your responsibility to complete all parts of your treatments correctly and safely. We will not be responsible for allergies or medical circumstances in which a treatment should not be performed, it is your responsibility to protect yourself and your clients.
Some courses do require patch tests to be completed before a treatment is carried out. It is your responsibility to carry out these patch tests and we will not be responsible for any reactions that occur. If you are unsure on whether your client has had a reaction, you can contact us on the email address provided.
The products and equipment you use must be professional and of good quality, it is not our responsibility to monitor or review products or equipment you are using, although we can advise, it is your responsibility to make sure you keep your business safe.
6 - Intellectual Property:
All the information provided to you within your training is the property of Grace Marie Academy of Beauty Therapy. No information including pictures have been copied unless permission was given and under no circumstances must be used by yourself unless we have given you approval. Failure to comply will result in legal action being taken.

7 – Your responsibilities:
You will be required to work on clients, it is your responsibility to protect yourself and them.

Provide patch tests for treatments that require these.

Wear the correct P.P.E, this includes a uniform, hair tied back, jewellery removed, and appropriate footwear.

Act and behave appropriately, offensive or abusive language will not be tolerated.

For health and safety reasons you should not perform treatments on underage clients.

Check local council licencing, some require a special licence to perform beauty treatments, this is your responsibility and falls on the owner of your business.

It is your responsibility to have the correct insurance in place to provide treatments.

It is your responsibility to use professional products within your business.
These terms and conditions are in place to protect us and you. You must agree to these terms and conditions prior to course purchase.
Terms and conditions cannot be changed or modified in any way.
